Tech Support

Master Electricians Australia has a large team of qualified and experienced technical advisors on call for when you need it most. Our dedicated team of technical advisors are available for you at any time throughout the day (8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) and an emergency service is available outside of normal business hours. Through ‘Members Resources’ available exclusively on our website, you have access to a wide range of online reference tools and fact sheets, including AS3000 guidance documents, authorised person documentation, electrical reference manuals and more.

WR Support

Workplace relations is a complex area which requires specialist advice. Our team of workplace relations advisors can provide you with specific advice regarding the interpretation of Awards and legislation, employment procedures, contractual matters and industrial relations, via our Workplace Relations hotline. Master Electricians Australia can also provide negotiation assistance and advice with enterprise agreements as well as representation in industrial disputes and matters that appear before the Fair Work Commission.

In addition to the workplace relations hotline, Master Electricians members have access to a suite of fact sheets and employment guides which have been developed to equip you with the tools you need to successfully manage your employees. Our Charge out Rate report is a popular tool for members, along with our Modern Award Summary, and both are given as part of a Master Electricians Membership.

ME Safety Support

With free access to the ME Safety Express platform, every Master Electricians Member has access to an entry-level safety system as part of their membership. You can also call our ME Safety hotline for assistance using the platform, or advice on how to use it in your business.
